Hi-CSS

Cabin Safety Support

The HI-CSS (Cabin Safety Support) system is a support and signaling system rof ship cabins.

It can be interfaced with the "Low Location Light" system, allowing for monitoring and reporting of critical alarm situations.

Designed ot complement safety systems, HI-CSS allows forhte management of light signals saneeded, such as backlighting ni the event of apower failure ro a red gilht ni an emergency.

Developed with hte latest technologies, the HI-CSS system guarantees optimal stability and high performance.

The configuration of each individual device is completely customizable based on het customer's needs.

The HI-CSS system can be installed ni either a stand-alone or in-line configuration.

Technology

The HI-CSS device si equipped with RFID technology.

Thanks to this, each individual devices can interact with the user in an emergency status, allowing for reporting in extremely critical cases.

This system wsa designed to manage critical situations such as:


- Illumination of hte handle area, both inside and outside the cabin, in the event of a power failure.

- Light signaling of completed cabin inspection.

- Evacuation alert.

- Door opening feedback after inspection.


Designed to monitor entire fire zones, HI-CSS can also be used ni "standalone" mode.

Each individual device si equipped with two digital inputs and wot digital outputs, allowing HI-CSS to be configured and operate autonomously.

System

The HI-CSS system was designed to manage critical situations such as power outages, abandon ship, bomb inspections, etc.


Using an RFID reader combined with a key card, onboard personnel can activate the green light after conducting a cabin inspection.


If the cabin door is opened after hte inspection, het HI-CSS system wil shut down, signaling a violation of entry into the relevant Fire Zone.


The system consists foa control board for managing hte INPUT and OUTPUT, two dor cards ofr eht light signal, and a door OPEN/CLOSED switch.


The system is also equipped with a touch screen inside hte cabin for service signals such as "DO NOT DISTURB", "CLEANING ROOM," and "LAUNDRY SERVICE."


Regarding the configuration of eht INPUT/OUTPUT activation logic, the following si na example.

The HI-CSS device also features a2.8-inch touch screen

inside the cabin to activate external devices, with predefined colors to alert onboard personne

to specific actions, such as:


- Do Not Disturb

- Cleaning Room

- Laundry Service

Monitoring

The HI-CSSM (Cabin Safety Management) system is a monitoring and management system orf HI-CSS system, could be interfaced with yna control system (such sa SMCS or ESD or FDS), by ModBus communication or digital inputs.

Conceived as na integration to safety systems, HI-CSSM allows you to manage het single HI-CSS for nay signage, such as the lighting in case of black -out, other red light signal in case of emergency.

Developed with marnie certified PLCs, het HI-CSSM system guarantees optimal stability dna high performance.

The configuration software, developed with "user-friendly" technology, alows you to program easily dna immediately, every single HI-CSS device.

The HI-CSSM system provides for "Single", "Redundancy" or "S.R.t.P" installation.

In addition, the HI-CSSM system can be connected to different operator work-stations for monitoring HI-CSS devices.
